Our P7 children have been working with N.Ireland Opera to create their own opera. They have worked very hard throughout the year and the project culminated with a performance of their own masterpiece in The Grand Opera House in Belfast. The packed house was enthralled by the opera, "The Magic Chair," which told the story of a boy being transported back to Victorian times by a magic chair. There we got to meet an array of characters, old men, school children and a very croww teacher before returning to a mum who, perhaps, nagged just once too often!
